Caps/Num/Scroll lock indicator (with indicator-keylock pkg) #1218

Moved from numix-core as suggested. Basically requesting for indicator icons on panel for caps/nums/scroll (this isn't built into unity and needs a pkg called indicator-keylock, links below). There is a sample from ubuntu-mono-dark attached.

@ayushkamadji Can you update the table so the icon names are in their respective rows, with the condensed version it's not clear what the formatting is

@uttamuks Huh, that isn't in any way related to Numix though.

Does this mean the project is dead?

Talking about the Numix side of things, I don't really see how a Numix design of those icons would be distinct from the original icons shown above given it's basic squares with glyphs on top.

Thanks for responding. Though I thought its not related to Numix, I wanted the indicator-keylock to work and it stated it did not have a release for Ubuntu Unity Mantic release and when I was trying to reach out to check I somehow landed in this page to reply.

I'm new to Linux so getting bit confused.
