I suggest some icons of popular apps like: Calibre, RSSOwl, Java Setting, GVim, SpaceFM, Thunar File Manager, Links browser, GoldenDict, Snex9x, Desmume, PeaZip, SublimeText, CrossOver, gThumb, SMPlayer, httrack, Liferea

Could you tack VMWare workstation onto that list? I know it's not F/OSS and i'm not even sure if it would be legal for you to include an icon, but it would be nice, being that it's the only unthemed icon i regularly see on my desktop.

This icon theme does not contain application icons. Please install the numix-circle icon theme and switch to it: http://me4oslav.deviantart.com/art/Numix-Circle-Linux-Desktop-Icon-Theme-414741466 and then report missing icons about in it in here: https://github.com/numixproject/numix-icon-theme-circle/issues?direction=desc&sort=created&state=open ONE report per ONE request with the icon name as pointed in the .desktop file and screenshot of the original icon.
