remove 20 years old arch #82

I have some flake checks failing and can't be bothered to fix 20 years old arch noone is using anymore.

I know this has been merged but Hydra is still building i686 packages, plus i686 is listed here. Doesn't that still meet the criteria for it to be listed in defaultSystems?
