Cannot read git index if core.untrackedCache is set #293

Issue was first reported by @zowoq https://github.com/nix-community/infra/pull/1266 who also managed to figure out a fix.

Need to update https://github.com/go-git/go-git/commit/cd6633c3c665ba37f766e96c59c57c58051d0e58
