Feature request: Save palette as a scheme/profile/preset #67

Loving using Nocturne.

It would be great to be able to store a certain palette or scheme as a preset, 
similar to the themes available in OS X Terminal. 

Use case may be to have my light-grey profile that resembles newsprint for 
certain tasks, and a high contrast scheme for night-reading or coding.  
SImilarly, some schemes create ugly inversions of images when web-browsing, but 
certain schemes don't.  So I would like to be able to preserve a palette once I 
find the 'sweet spot'.
