Request for Consideration: Admin Permissions for Sean Killeen

Hi all,

There are a few things I'd like to accomplish within nunit/docs that will require some administrative access.

Branch protection rules
The usage of bots to help with automating some workflows
Enabling and configuring GitHub pages
GitHub actions access token storage (need to be able to create a repo-wide secret)

I wanted to approach this group with a few options and get your take.

I think the options -- in order of my preferences -- are:

Grant me admin access in recognition of my status as the lead of the project, enabling me to take the actions I need to support the docs repo. I would still radiate the actions that I take within a repo, likely via GitHub issues since I prefer to work in public. I prefer this mostly because I can move at my own pace and in the off-hours that I have available to work on the docs.
Temporarily grant admin access and revoke it when the relevant work is completed (enabling/disabling on an ad-hoc basis).
Require me to work through someone else with ad-hoc access, providing them instructions via e-mail / ticket / zoom meeting.
