Fix VSIX link #26

Just spotted this was broken in the market place. ("8 open pull requests on the template project, really?!")

Also, do we know if VSIX v3 is a requirements for VS 15? Do we need to update?

Yes, VSIX3 is required for VS 15

Thanks @OsirisTerje. I couldn't find anything definitive with Google, other that it 'maybe' won't work. :-/

I opened https://github.com/nunit/nunit-vs-templates/issues/27 earlier.

Rob and I updated the adapters at the MVP summit, with some help from the MS folks. Don't think there is much documented yet. But #27 should handle it :-) Thanks!
