Reference released version of engine API #42

Fixes #23

This is a fix I need to get in just to build and work on the chocolatey package.

@NikolayPianikov Not sure what the appveyor failure means. Since it's the integration test, I'm guessing it is not due to any problem with the extension, but rather with the runner. Is that correct? Also, wondering if the travis build has been failing all along or if that is new.

Thing is, I can't work on this for the chocolatey package until I can actually build successfully.

@NikolayPianikov I've gone ahead and created a local branch based on this one, which builds the chocolatey package. Once this is resolved, I'll make any necessary changes and push it a a PR.
