Pre-filter AS events before differential splicing analyses #316

Filter obvious non-differential splicing events based on variance, median, etc. (depends on statistical test).

Advantages include a performance increase (less AS events to analyse) and more statistical power (as multiple testing is performed based on a lower number of statistical tests).
