Firebrowse download file path length are too large for Windows #343

File paths have a limit of 260 characters (MAX_PATH) on Windows. Compressed folders from Firebrowse have a lot of folders and files with long names over the file path limit... How to workaround this?...

How about using recount2 for retrieving TCGA data? See #287
