Bug fixes to pass R CMD check and unit tests:

Update GTEx URLs for data download
Fix deprecated used of size in ggplot2::geom_line
Fix inconsistent argument in survfit.survTerms()
Update function docs
Set seed when creating PSI datasets for reproducibility of unit test
