Describe the bug Author Picture / Avatar not showing on latest blowfish version

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the author picture using blowfish-tool or manually in the languages.en.toml

Expected behavior In all of the possible theme styles the picture should be visible in the appropriate spots.

Hugo & Blowfish versions v2.78.0

Additional context Encountered this among two seperate projects and am able to replicate this with a brand new site aswell.

Encountered the same problem. After working with git bisect, I found that [author] in languages.xx.toml has been moved to [params.author]. This solved my problem. Documents need to be updated.
