Hi Nuno,

Could you provide an example of configuration file for strand specific protocol (similar what you did in the quick example)? Only the related code:

## strand specific protocol?
#mylib1_strand=first 
#mylib1_strand=second
## Default value is both (strands)
#mylib1_strand=both
