Aggregation issues #84

This PR addresses issues I encountered aggregating runs. Specifically:

SUPPORTED_QUANT_METHODS has moved to another file, which needs to be reflected in irap_single_lib2report
irap_single_lib2report's file search patterns are now not specific enough given new outputs produced by iRAP. The patterns are tweaked here to resolve this.
