.NET 5.0 updates #36

I changed the target versions of NuoDB in the travis.yml file to use currently supported versions. (4.x) I have updated the .NET Framework to version used 4.8 (latest)

These were both minor changes, only updating version numbers in various files.

Also, regarding the Travis issues, I think I have figured out why the job is being refused. travis-ci.org was disabled in June 2021. We will have to migrate to travis-ci.com

I am not sure if I have the access/knowledge to perform the migration, but if you'd like me to give it a shot just let me know.
