Section 8, address benchmarks first #71

Section 8 (in fetus mode, currently) is longer than expected.

Please move all discussion of the benchmarks to the intro part of section 8, rather than bring it up in the intro and then actually deal with it in the section.

Nevermind, we currently address the benchmarks exactly in the evaluation section. It's good.
