Screencasts are great as it's much easier to follow along.

This one is a good example:

As the screencast progresses the user is talked through exactly whats 
happening, it's much more natural to be able to pause and rewind the screencast 
(following the actions exactly) - than finding ones place again in text.

Sorry, I don't have time for screencasts.  I'd be happy to link/post them if 
someone else does it and uploads them to YouTube.
