Manually adjusting widget with arrow key down goes to the right #158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a widget
2. Click the widget
3. Move the arrow key down, as if you wanted to move it down.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should move down.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1b14

SORRY, Pressing the RIGHT arrow key makes the widget go DOWN.

this behavior is fixed in r1b15.
