Add "New" Menu Item to File Menu Tab #174

It would be nice if there was a "New" menu item to create a new layout from 
scratch without having to close and re-open DroidDraw, or without deleting all 
elements and then saving under a different filename.

This is fixed in SVN and will rollout with the next release.
