Polish (pl-PL) translation for OGT

First of all - thank you for creating this very useful application.

I've noticed that you don't have a Polish translation yet, so I'm contributing 
my attempt at it. Hope I've done everything fine.

Glad you've liked it.

I've just spotted a typo in array file, line 106 <itme> instead of <item>, 
sorry for that.

I'd like to try to maintain my translation for future releases of 
open-gpstracker as well. Could you point me in the right direction as to how to 
keep track of new or updated strings to translate?

In r787 I have added your translations to the source tree. I'll send you an 
email on how to access and maintain these as well.
