Direct upload to OpenStreetMap #194

I'd like to propose a following enchancement to OGT - an option to upload a 
track directly to one's OpenStreetMap account.

OSM's wiki page lists several apps that already have this option: 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Upload

Apparently OSM has an API for uploading tracks as described here:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Api06#GPS_Traces

I believe such option would be a valuable addition to OGT.
