Adding support for unsupported wall switch, dev console

What happened?

Wall switch paired but interview does not complete. Attempted to follow instructions on "support new devices" page. Clicking "dev console" gives me the bug page. "Download state" does not download state.json.zip so not attached

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
