1.40.2 About page fails with TypeError Importing a module script failed. #2141

What happened?

Docker install, I recreated the container and pulled the new version. Checked the about page to make sure it was successful and the page load fails

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome, Safari

looks like it is an issue with Zscaler.
