CustomizeScript Import/Export #10

Allow users to import and export one, several or all behaviors for multiple
sites as as a CustomizeScript XML file. They can publish that txt file on
the Web for Web-Install or import on a different machine.

A simple Import/Export mechanism will be provided soon.
