Enhancement - open second or third or n-th link in a list item #13

I'd like to be able to open the second or third or n-th link in a list
item. A good example of where this would be useful is in facebook inbox.
Using the list view shortcut hitting enter opens the profile page of the
message sender instead of the message. That's because the senders profile
is the first ling in that list item.
