Add exclude url pattern #33

Please describe the requested feature in detail...
In addition to the include url pattern, can you add an exclude pattern so I
can say 

Include www.modelmayhem.com/*
Exclude www.modelmayhem.com/test/*

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.1.2
Windows XP and Vista Home, Firefox 3.5.6

Please provide any additional information below.
