Will not install #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Either manually or thru the addon button drag n drop or click to install
2.Restart Firefox 3.5.2
3.When Firefox opens the CustomizeYourWeb addon is not there in list or on
status bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the message 1 addon installed in addon dialog but no bueno

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.1, Firefoxe 3.5.2 & Vista Home Premium

Please provide any additional information below.
I cannot most of the addons that mod google like greasemonkey, etc...
