Unintended opening of CYW on polish keyboard layout #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Windows XP keyboard to Polish (programmer)
2. launch FF with CustomizeYourWeb
3. press Right Alt+C - 'ć' letter in polish.
4. You will have CustomizeYourWeb sidebar / widget opened as a separate (almost 
minimized) window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: letter 'ć' appears
Unexpected: CYW launches.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3
CYW 0.4.3Build201010192200
Firefox 3.6.10
Please provide any additional information below.
