Unable to open #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
After the latest firefox update the add-on has stopped working, even when we 
try to toggle nothing happens. I am on windows 7 pro.

Please provide any additional information below.

It was working perfectly fine until the recent firefox update.
