Hi, I am facing an issue, when I run the file it gives me an error.

unpack(): Type H: not enough input, need 1, have 0

This is when you are not connected to the same network

how can i solve this issue i have same error Message: unpack(): Type H: not enough input, need 1, have 0 i am using device u350 zkteco in my windows i have a zkteco software which is getting data perfectly using ethernet communication type can you help where is the issue or how can i connect?

Buenas tardes me podrían colaborar donde ingresó la función de eliminar usuarios del dispositivo zkteco que no eh podido lograr organizar esta opción se crear, editar pero no eliminar. Gracias por su colaboración
