Adding SEQ Import #151

This is a port of the screen unit from CBMTerm, originally written in 2001 in Delphi. I've adapted it so the simulated c64 screen becomes the framebuffer for an imported PETSCII file.

Excellent, I’ll merge tonight. I’ll interactive rebase it to get rid of the package lock commit altigether - your username should stay in the git log even if I do that.
