Blend modes on grid lines #201

Solves #199 Grid lines now are blended using css against underlying screen. They're drawn using a middle gray (#808080) to better fit onto any palette color (either standard or not).

Merged on the CLI with some squashing (https://github.com/nurpax/petmate/commit/f28dffacf645ff43caf57afd45848378f0843b07). Thanks Manual!

I hope to make a release before the end of 2020. :)
