Adding notes on how to build ProjectTox-Qt-GUI on Mac 10.8 Mavericks.

Looks good. Will ask one of OS X guys to give those instructions a try before merging those.

People use something other than Poison on OS X?

I wanted something other than Poison to test locally. So I thought Qt would be the easiest to compile on OS X. I didn't see notes so I thought I would try and if succeeded at notes to install.md. :D
