New ID on every start #18

Hello there,

im getting a new user ID everytime i startup tux-qt-gui. in the CLI client provided by tox-git itself (nTux) i always keep my ID from the first start.

running on arch linux 3.10.3-1, xfce and qt5-base as depency installed.

The development is very early on. This feature will be added in the future.
