Issue description
No options appear in VLC preferences. I recently updated to 3.0.10 and I believe that it when it stopped working. Tried redownloading the file thinking it might have deleted but it was still in the video_filter folder. Overwrite the file with the fresh one without luck. Tried running reset plugin cache but didn't help.
