Hi, I am having a "There was an error while trying to fetch the log." from Travis but I have no idea how to deal with this. I searched Google and they said that it might be because of the Travis server. aaaa

This has nothing to do with your tests. Wait for some time and refresh the page. Once the logs are presented, you can check which test failed.
