Phones with same details excpet different identity and serial numbers are not allowed. #1513

Summary: This does not make sense to the producers as multile phones of the same type but didferent identity and serial numbers can be shipped to sotres.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. add-p i/543407158585522 s/A123bcfe29 n/iPhone 11 b/Apple cp/128 cl/Purple $/$900 t/NEW t/Cool
  2. add-p i/543407158585521 s/A123bcfe2a n/iPhone 11 b/Apple cp/128 cl/Purple $/$900 t/NEW t/Cool

Expected results:

  1. The Phone Items should be added

Actual results: When adding the second phone, and error appears as shown in the screenshot.

I followed the steps to reproduce and both phones were added in. I believe one of the phones was added in beforehand.
