No way to unregister patients or doctors

From the user guide, there doesn't seem to be a way to unregister patients or doctors who many have decided to stop visting/working at the clinic.

Thanks for the bug report. We understood that we did not have sufficent documentation to declare the removal of patient would be coming in v2.0 along with the introduction of the user accounts & privileges management. That will allow the clinic management to set different levels of access to commands to different user accounts.

The only documentation we have that was barely relevant and was not very helpful is the following:
