New note and cs integration

After i added a new note, it was not automatically added into the cs. in addition, there was no text in the UG telling me that i have recreated the cheatsheet again

From the highlighted text below, it had already stated that only flashcards/notes with specified tags upon creation will be used as cheatsheet's contents. Hence, subsequent flashcards/notes added will not be added into the existing cheatsheet which is an intended outcome of the application. Furthermore, the proposed update command has already explained the behaviour of the cheatsheet.
