Inconsistent UserGuide for addmods command #2011

The addmods command section in the UG used link/NUSMODS_SHARE_LINK for the parameter

However, in the command summary, it used l/NUSMODS_SHARE_LINK

Thank you for catching the typo!

We have lowered the severity to low as it would only cause minor inconvenience to the user for the first time he learns of this command. We have changed the bug type to DocumentationBug as the typo could affect users.

Note that this issue is a duplicate of #2442.
