Notes with very long descriptions

As a new user, I may expect my description to be viewable from the note view. However, I only see truncated texts and this is not written in the user guide.

The reason why i did not include this detail in the user guide is because i felt that it was unnecessary as truncating it is an obvious sign that there is more to the contents of the note. Since the userguide introduces the open note command which clearly states that users can read and edit the full contents of their notes from there, i thought that it would help user realise how they can read their contents of the note.
