Recommendations are very inaccurate

The movies added to watchlist are all family, adventure and comedy based. On the other hand, all recommendations given does not seem to be family, adventure, or comedy based

Hello, while it might be true that the recommendations given here do not seem to fit adventure, comedy and family. We are also unable to determine what original movies and tv shows you have added into the watchlist firstplace, so we cannot reasonably say the recommendations are wrong without seeing your original movies and shows.

Moreover, recommendations are a higly subjective topic because everybody has differen personal preference, therefore accuracy was not something the recommendations in our application was chasing for but to spark interest in the user to see a movie they have not seen before.

Lastly, recommendations also get better as you populate the list, based on the picture, you only have three entries which isn't reasonable enough to produce highly accurate results. Also the Dora movie is a new movie, and our system attempts to determine what kind of movie it is regardless of genre.
