Different feedback messages for 'end' and 'flip' usage outside quiz mode #313

If I use 'end' outside quiz mode, I get "Unknown Command." If I use 'flip' outside quiz mode, I get "There are no quiz-able flashcards"

Some standardization would be nice...

Yes, thank you for pointing it out, it is worth to note that same of the exception messages to the user are not very accurate. We should improve on this.
