Addmod Command in Summary of UG differs from format requested by program #4217

In the summary of the UG:

The command cannot be executed even if the person 'John' was registered. However, the format stated in error message from the application and command explaination are different:

Hi, the correct format which you should follow are shown in the application and the explanation, and the one in the command summary is an old format. Thank you for catching the typo in the UG!

We have lowered the severity to low as it is likely to only cause minor inconvenience to first-time users who starts off using the app by reading the command summary. Additionally, the command suggestions feature is smart enough to suggest to users the correct format to use as well.
