Does not seem to make sense to accept 0 as a valid calories intake

Team's Response

We do not limit the lower bound of calorie budget by users. After all, starvation diets have been practiced before in real life, and there are 0 calorie food items available today. Hence, it does not make sense to forbid 0-calorie budgets.

Even if this bug is valid, the application does not break and still show meals proportionately to their calorie size. Hence, the core functionality of the budget bar is still preserved. So, we will downgrade this bug to a low priority as well.
