As there are only a set number of courses allowed (From soc), then the valid list of courses should be displayed in error message or UG.

For example, "compsci", a shortform for computer science is not allowed, then it should be mentioned.

Team's Response

User might have missed Section 4.2 of the UG, which mentions course and focus area names need to be provided in full, and that the list of courses and focus areas can be found in the Appendix of the UG itself. We believe it was also not possible to implement accepting short-forms or initials of the courses itself as there are several short-form variations that a course can take (e.g. Computer Sci, Comp Sci, Com Sci), while several courses have the same initials (IS for Information Systems and Information Security).
