The error message thrown for month (in command wallet budget) is different for command with and without year

Team's Response

We have decided to reject this as a bug as for Sharkie, we check for correct command format first and then for correctness of input.

Thus, second screenshot is missing the year prefix (which is required when you have a month prefix), making it a invalid command.
