Right panel does not update when requesting for tasks outside of right panel #2466

Originally in calendar May 2020, despite entering the command 'calendar May-2-2021', the right panel does not update to May 2021 (although the date shifts to 2nd). This creates confusion for the user as the user is expecting the month of the right panel to shift to May 2021 as well. In fact I initially thought that i could not find my tasks - but realised that the right panel simply didnt update in terms of month

Mentioned in UG and DG that calendar panel only updates when "month-year" format is used. The "day-month-year" format should solely update the task list and doesnt change the calendar view (other than highlighting if the dates belong to the same month).
