Confusing return message for stop command

Return message should mentioned something about the task being overdue. The current message gives the impression that no timers have started even though some timers have started for other tasks.

Unsure why stop error message should notify user of overdue task since overdue tasks can still be timed. The user guide mentions that tasks will have to have activated timers for any timer to be stopped. Thus, error message is clear.
