Uppercase versions of certain inputs are not recognised

The impact is minimal, but some commands have inputs that must be in lower case, e.g. t/tutorial, etc. This fact can perhaps be added into the UG.

Thank you for the suggestion, we will include the required information in our next release. When explaining GROUP_TYPE, SORT_TYPE and SESSION_TYPE in the User Guide, it is shown that the only possible types that can be used in the command are as listed, and are in lower case. However, we could have perhaps been clearer about this requirement.
